RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

CANCELLATION

Customers can claim their refund. But for any refund which customers wants to claim, customers must contact Valerie with all the details of the order and also image of the product. Valerie will decide whether your claim is valid or not no matter what the circumstance is. And refund will be given in the form of coupon only and in no other form.
